I forgot my password
To reset the password for your schleich® account, click Log In on the schleich® website. On the Customer Login screen, click Forgot Your Password. You can also contact Customer Service to reset your password at 1-833-934-1682.
How do I log into my schleich® account?
To login to your schleich® Log In on the Schleich® website. You will be asked to provide your email address and password.
How do I change my email address or password?
To change your email address, Log In on the schleich® website. Click Edit under Contact Information on the My Account tab. We are unable to update billing information over the phone, or on orders that have been submitted.
How do I create an account?
To create a schleich® account, click Register in the upper right corner of the Schleich website. You'll be asked to provide your name and email address and to certify you are at least 18 years old.
