When is payment collected?
Payment is collected once your order is fully placed and your order confirmation has been generated.
How do I update my billing information?
To update your billing address, Log In on the schleich® website to log into your Schleich account. Click Edit Address on the My Account tab. We are unable to update billing information over the phone, or on orders that have been submitted.
